Mission

Sprout to Read was created with one big mission: to put reading readiness knowledge, including the earliest stages of writing, into the hands of every family with a preschooler. We believe parents and guardians deserve simple, clear steps that make preparing a child for kindergarten reading and writing feel natural, joyful, and doable in everyday life.

Vision

Our vision is bold but beautifully simple. We want the steps to preparing to read, from visual discrimination to phonological awareness, and steps to support early writing to become common knowledge for everyone, just like colors, shapes, and ABCs. When families understand these early skills, every child can enter kindergarten confident, curious, and ready to thrive.
